Hey, I’m Allie — a laid-back, light-loving photographer serving families in the greater Seattle area.
I’ll guide you through the whole session and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera — no stiff posing, just natural connection.
I’m great with kids and love letting them take the lead when needed, so you can relax and enjoy being with your people.

What to Expect Throughout the Year
Every season brings something different — and beautiful — to your session. Here's what you can expect depending on the time of year:
Spring
Think: blooming cherry blossoms, garden nurseries, and soft golden light.
It’s perfect for playful, light-filled family sessions or special Mother’s Day moments.
Summer
The PNW is stunning in the summer — wildflower fields, lakes, mountains, and open skies.
I offer both local and more adventurous outdoor options.
Fall
Crisp air, cozy layers, and all the fall colors. These sessions include holiday cards when full gallery is purchased.
Winter
At the height of the holidays, cozy studio and glasshouse sessions will definitely give festive vibes.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my kids don’t cooperate?
Totally normal — and totally okay. I follow their lead, play games, and shift gears as needed. I don’t expect perfection, just presence. We’ll get beautiful images no matter what.
Do you help with posing?
Absolutely. I’ll guide you the whole way — nothing stiff or awkward, just natural direction that helps you feel comfortable and look like yourselves.
What should we wear?
I offer personalized styling help and a prep guide to make it easy. Feel free to send me pics of your outfits and we'll get it all coordinated beautifully.
How long is the session?
Most family sessions last about 30–60 minutes — long enough to settle in and capture connection, but short enough to keep everyone engaged (yes, even toddlers!).
Where do sessions take place?
You can choose from one of my favorite outdoor locations, book an in-home lifestyle session, or opt for a clean, minimal studio space. I’ll help you pick what fits your vibe best.
